We understand that changes are sometimes needed after the order is placed. For example, an item is out of stock, the address needs correction, or the customer wants to add an additional package.
If the order has been accepted and submitted, just give us a call at (888) 440-8176.
If the order has not been picked up, our merchant care team will manually change the order.
If the order has been picked up, there will be an additional fee of half the original delivery charge.
